Senior Operations Manager

Job responsibilities

Develop and implement, operational policies and procedures. Help promote a company culture.

Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.

Oversee AP&AR and payroll.

Manage contracts with clients, partners and vendors, legal and regulatory documents. Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.

Determine strategies, values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.

Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.

Assist HR with recruiting when necessary.

Build partnerships with other organizations.

Report on operational performance and suggest improvements.

Resources management for the team.

Requirements

At least 3+ years of experience in a similar position.

Familiarity with all business functions including HR and finance.

Experience working in software development companies, startups.

Good with numbers and financial planning, analytical mind.

Knowledge of data analytics and reporting.

Great communication and negotiation skills.

Excellent organizational and leadership ability.
